The sections "Living in Ravenna" and "Praying in Ravenna" have recently been added to the exhibition itinerary, which explore residential urban planning and places of worship respectively, offering a new perspective on the daily life and spirituality of the Ravenna community.

Through an exhibition area of ​​600 m2, you will encounter over 150 m2 of previously unseen mosaics, some of impressive dimensions, which interact dynamically with other archaeological finds and architectural elements of the time. This treasure trove of knowledge offers an unparalleled glimpse into the public and private life of Ravenna Capitale.

The museum not only showcases history, but also strives to educate through the use of innovative technologies, including graphic reconstructions, films and models, providing an interactive and engaging experience.

Inaugurated in 2018, the museum represents one of the most significant industrial archeology recovery interventions at a national level, transforming the former Classe sugar factory into a lively cultural hub.
